What I understand from the quote is that there are only good people if there are great people because without them there won't be peace in the world. You can be a good person by not being mean or bullying others. If you don't be a good person you get consequences. Consequences are a bad thing because you wouldn't want to do something and regret it later on. That is why it is best to be a good student so that you can be a great student. If there is no good people in the world there would be lots of things going on.
